-Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and have a clean driving record.

Pay:

Training will be paid. Training will last up to a month to ensure full understanding of the products and services.

After training, pay will be salary plus commission. This position is expected to range from $45,000 yearly to $60,000 a year.

Responsibilities:

- Perform visual inspections for customers to see their needs.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the protection of the customer's property.
- Follow established inspection procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify even minor defects or discrepancies
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends or patterns.
- Effective communication skills to report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in using technology tools such as Salesforce or other CRM systems for tracking and managing inspection data.
- Prior experience in sales and customer service is a plus.
- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques for identifying new sales opportunities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
